Log In to alpha88 & Continue Your Gaming Experience

Logging in to your alpha88 account is a quick and straightforward process that takes only a few seconds. Whether you're accessing via a web browser on your laptop or directly through the mobile app on your smartphone, the steps are just as simple.

Before getting started, make sure you are using the official alpha88 website URL and verify that your connection is secure — you can confirm this by checking the padlock icon in your browser's address bar. Avoid using public Wi-Fi without a VPN when logging in to ensure your session security is fully protected.

Your account security is a shared responsibility. alpha88 provides industry-level security infrastructure, but good login practices on your part are equally important to keep your account protected at all times.

Here are some recommended security practices for all alpha88 members:

• Use a Strong and Unique Password: Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth, name, or simple sequences like "123456". A strong password is your best first line of defence.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): This feature adds an extra layer of security where an OTP code will be sent to your phone each time a login from a new device is detected.
• Don't Share Your Login Details: alpha88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If anyone does, it is a scam — report it to our support team immediately.
• Log Out After Every Session: Especially when using a device that is not your own. Click the "Logout" button before closing the browser to ensure your session is fully terminated.
• Update Your Password Regularly: Change your password every few months as a proactive security practice, even if you do not suspect any suspicious activity.

Occasionally you may encounter difficulty accessing your account. These are common situations that can be resolved easily. Here are the most frequently reported issues by alpha88 members along with their solutions:

• Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number or email to set a new password. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
• Account Temporarily Locked: Your account is automatically locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact support for immediate unlocking.
• Not Receiving OTP: Make sure the registered phone number is still active and has a good signal. Check your email spam folder if the OTP was sent via email. You can also request OTP resend after 60 seconds.
• "Username Does Not Exist" Error: Double-check the spelling of your username or phone number. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after. Try logging in with your phone number if you usually use your username, or vice versa.
• Login Page Not Loading: Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page. Try an alternative browser or use incognito mode. Check that your internet connection is stable.
